I attended a 9 day CSCS course at Prospects in Sheffield city centre in total I came to there building 10 times. One day to enrol on the course four days work and employability course then the five day CSCS course. I completed all 9 days and completed all work given to me. I was then told that I would have to come back in for 3 more days because the teacher they employed may have done a bad job in her teaching. Turned out that it was her frist group ever teaching but as far as I am concerned I as Prospects customer have lived up to my end of the deal by turning up every day. If Prospects employed a rubbish teacher that is not the students fault and I think as a business point of view they should put you through the test regardless. I have had no one contact me to apologise or any communication from them at all. Disgusting company avoid it like the Plague just to think they are meant to help people when they dont have a job. I spent 45 on this course in parking never got any of it back. The CSCS course by the way you can book it online for 25 and do the mock test online save your self 9 days of hell that they won't put you for your test any way. Scummy company rubbish course would not recommend.
