Its clearly obvious this place needs more staff - or stop taking so many bookings. They cannot cope with food orders and the waiting times are ridiculous. Thats bad management in my opinion - not the usual Greene King experience we are used to. Plus the food wasnt brilliant - overcooked and dry chicken. I wouldnt go back

We waited 2 hours+ for food after we had pre order weeks before so we didnt have to wait!! staff are rude and full of attitude wont be spending another penny in here absolute joke

Been going here for last few weeks as a change from Witherspoon's it's normally great value and good food with good staff although sometimes I feel they are under staffed We went for a meal last week and parked in front of there sign in the carpark See photo There signs advertised BOGOF Thursday's on burgers and shows a picture of a massive burger and the words stacked We enjoy a nice burger occasionally so we decided to go the following week which would be this Thursday (yesterday)only to be told that you could only have the classic burger as BOGOF and as we were looking forward to the signiture burger we ended up having it and paying full price which was Exspensive for a pub burger I thought but credit it was really nice However my point and gripe is look at the photo and tell me it's not misleading I feel like I've been conned and this sign should be removed

Absolutely brilliant, we messed up ordering on the app and the staff were so helpful, friendly and couldnt do enough for us. The food was so good too!
