        Lovely spacious pub in a fantastic location. Great staff and great beer selection!! Landlady was especially welcoming to our group. Will 100% be making this a regular place!

        Visited in 1989 with my Sheffield friend Eric Demer who lived one street over. Had a great time and we were there often over my 6 week stay from Canada. Great place and will always be a valuable part of my memory as an authentic English pub.

        Absolutely lovely pub. Great atmosphere and excellent service from the bar staff. A large range of snacks and ales provided meaning you can spend hours and hours here. Would have been 5 stars if not for the ugly uniform. Not a huge problem but made the staff look like Boy Scouts.

        Pretty decent pub. Refurbished a few months ago. Has a good function room with its own bar. Still looking good on return. Great sports coverage, enough screens so that you can always see one even when the pub is full. Had a recent award for best sports pub. Well deserved. On a revisit still a great sports pub.
