Stayed for 3 nights while attending CAMRA AGM and Members Weekend in April. Room was comfy and good size with plenty of drawers for clothes and belongings. Would have been nice to have a hanging rail of some description rather than just hooks on the wall with no hangers. Staff friendly and approachable, whether regarding room or the pub downstairs, which I might add, had some excellent Real Ales on. The take on the traditional pork pie was very good, sampled by my other half when we returned for a couple of drinks before retiring to our room for the night. Well situated for walking around to the Kelham Island area, and accessible for buses and trams a short distance away. As we were staying the weekend, we found there wasn't any 'breakfast options' around, but plenty on the Monday morning. Don't let this put you off, there is a kettle and tea/coffee facilities, so could easily get your own porridge pots. I would recommend this place.
