If there were stars in Minus, I could have given the stars in negative. Worst service from EBC and they do fraud claimant from tenants leaving the property. Beware people, whenever you take this property, make sure the everything is provided as advertised. They try to fool you showing good pictures. When entering a contract, make sure you take pictures of the property and also while leaving. They tried to charge me falsely for not cleaning my room. I had cleaned the room when it was given to me and still left it in a clean manner and they tried to deduct 30 from deposit.

I have been both a tenant and landlord with EBC. They did their best when I was a tenant facing a number of challenging issues with a very difficult owner who lived abroad and did not wish to maintain his property adequately. Because of their service and support through those circumstances, I have recently engaged them to find me a new tenant for my own home while I am living away. EBC provided an excellent, speedy service. They were in regular communication, offered a great rate, dry storage had it been necessary for my extra possessions and the result was a seamless transition in 48 hours between my two sets of tenants. Elena, Richard and team have been friendly, efficient and professional throughout my experience and I would certainly recommend the EBC team.
