        Theres always some kind of dirt or graffiti on the walls, half of the entrances/exits DO NOT WORK, my girlfriend is in a wheelchair and the elevator hasn't worked in an entire year resulting in her having to crawl on her hands and knees up the stairs. They take their money and do nothing, they're thieves. There have been homeless people sleeping in our bin rooms and CCTV does not work despite them still taking maintenance.
