Landlord was very rude and unhelpful. Called him several times to deal with emergencies like a burst water pipe, which leaked through to the kitchen, broken washing machine and even worse.. mice! At times he seemed like he couldn't care less and left us to deal with these issues ourselves. I've had much much better experiences in houses with student landlords, compared to this professional house.

I was accommodated by Diwan Properties for almost a year, and they have always been extremely helpful. After several bad experiences with landlords and agencies in the UK, I can safely say these were the best and most professional ones I met. They do not try to trick you and they are always happy to help (Ghaz even brought an extra small fridge when I said we didnt have enough space for our food!). I dont really understand why the ratings were low as the house and the room I lived in were spacious and elegantly decorated, reasonably priced, and we can see the landlord cares about the tenants and their comfort, which unfortunately isnt the case for most agencies/landlords in the UK. Would definitely recommend.

Renting with Diwan properties has been a pleasure. Great value for a large ensuite loft room in a beautiful house, bills included service made moving in/out hassle free and I had professional and friendly communication with the landlord throughout the year.
