Only been twice, served by older then a younger man. Really impressed with the helpful and efficient service, the last man went above and beyond, giving me advice on my brother's electricity keycard refund. So convenient to be able to send a letter or parcel abroad on a Saturday afternoon, or whenever really. Will use this branch (not my local P.O.) when I can. Not had the bad experience that other reviewers have mentioned. Thank you

Very rude and unhelpful gentleman, some of the other staff referred to him as boss. Not recommended at all.

Just to counter the previous reviews, I was served by a gentleman, and it was the best customers service I've had in a while. Plus great opening hours.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. When I tried to pay in some money he refused to take 2 coins and then told me I was taking too long. He then ordered me from his shop and threatened to call the police! Needless to say I will not darken his door again. I went to the Woodseats Post Office (which is notably cleaner and tidier) where they happily and politely took all my money, including 2 coins. Now that is how to do customer service. If I could give no stars I would.
