Oh wow. I did not know staff could be so rude and unhelpful as the lady behind the counter here!!! Will go to other post offices simply to avoid this horrendous woman.

Terrible, avoid.If you want to lose your parcel or being sent to wrong address then go to this post office and you will be charged a high fee as well for their stupidity

Went in to post a letter and a parcel - asked if I wanted it there tomorrow to which I said yes as I wanted first class - no further questions but proceeded to try send the parcel special guaranteed delivery and asked a lot of questions about both if they were at all important or their value - I think to find reason for sending with the most expensive service possible - for a large letter and standard letter he tried to charge 8 (the thing to test if a parcel fits letter dimensions was also under the desk so clear that theyre trying to not let u see that you qualify for cheaper fees) - I asked the guy why it was so expensive and were they not just both being sent standard first class - he said no as first class didnt 100% guarantee theyd be there tomorrow - I apologised and asked him to change the label as I wasnt paying 8 for 2 letters to be sent first class - he complied and the 8 total came down to 2.70 ish. Wont be coming here again and will let others know to avoid it. Post office at bents green much much nicer - super friendly there and dont try charge u stupid amounts for services you didnt even ask for.
