        Visited this little post office to return a item this afternoon The shop was very busy and the cue soon reduced down. The young ladys was very efficient as I could tell how fast the customers was dealt with and my experience was very much a delight with the young lady behind the counter. I will definitely be using again as I've had a bad experience with my local post office (Brook Hill) unpleasant staff. 5 Star all the way. So glad I made the decision to use upperthorpe.

        Thank you for being there for us during pandemic time, people cant expect working people to be perfect all the time, especially when you are a small business with the low capasity to run it with less amount of people. I appricate you guys and the nearest and only one in upperthorpe, so thank you.
