I was trying to post an item using an eBay label and the woman at the desk told me that it was 6 gr over the allowed weight, so she didnt accepted it. I took it to next post office and they told me that it was actually 80 gr under the allowed weight.

I ordered an item from Amazon to be collected from from here on 06/05/2022 as I needed it for the next day. At 1pm I got a message from the Amazon app saying it had been delivered, but I didn't get the usual email saying its ready for collection, so I waited until the evening to go in and see if it was there. There was only one box on the parcel shelf big enough for my item so I told the female member of staff that would be the only box big enough. She took my name, checked the parcel and said "no that's not yours" and walked off.. The next morning I got an email from amazon at 7am saying my parcel was ready for collection. I went in and it was the box I pointed to the evening before! As I regular here I have never had any problems, but I don't appreciate being blatantly lied to. Won't be using the collect service again.
