Wisewood Post Office

Is there a reason why you do not answer the phone it rings out so many times then just cuts off. My disabled neighbour rang to ask where her paper delivery was. No reply. I tried no reply.

Although the web site states that this post office is open until 10.00pm, my previous experiences have taught me not to trust the stated times, so consequently at 12.00 noon I rang up and asked if the post office was open, and I was assured it was, just to make certain I asked, "and I will be able to collect my parcel", 18 minutes later I arrived to be told the post office was NOT open!! Really how difficult is it to see if your business is covering the post office.

Worst post office ever Never open, don't stick to opening times However they keep their franchise is beyond me.

Says the post office is open until 10pm on Google. Went in just after 7 and it was closed, only the grocery shop open. Asked if this was normal and they said it should be open until 8 but is closed due to staff shortages. Arranged an important parcel redelivered there because I do shift work and their advertised opening times seemed most convenient. Now my parcel is stuck until next day off. Worst post office in local area. The advertised hours on the internet aren't even correct and they seem to close whenever anyway. Avoid.

I have been using this post office on a regular basis for a few years now and have always found the staff to be an incredibly helpful and friendly team. Please keep up the great work in providing post office services for local residents and small businesses like mine we do appreciate it!
