I was worried when I read the other reviews but my fears were alleviated when I saw that the long line was moving quickly as there were four cashiers open. I was also offered sellotape to seal my package. This is something that does not happen down south so I came prepared and taped up my package myself. Staff member very nicely greeted me and bid me farewell.

Very very rude staff especially the manager Elaine , in trying to return a parcel with a prepaid envelope I was accused of reusing the paid postage , she ripped the label off and throw the parcel at me , I was very confused and angry, when I showed them the email I got from the sender , just went quite no apology nothing . Elaine needs to be sacked, shes very incompetent and rude and staff provoking other customers by looking at them and smirking suggesting Im wasting their time when I was just trying to explain. Very embarrassing and painful experience . Should be minus a star but had to give 1 as no other choice
