RS Heating and Building did a complete new bathroom for us in February and also fitted a new Worcester boiler last year. On both jobs, the quality of the work was excellent. All the team are helpful, friendly and highly skilled. Communication is good. Everyone that worked with us on both jobs went to a lot of trouble and were really committed to solving any problems that arose. The bathroom refit had some challenges - a fairly complex tiling job, fitting a smart toilet, some supply issues - and all got dealt with successfully. The finished bathroom is fabulous and the tiling looks wonderful. I could not be happier with the work. Highly recommended.

Brilliant job in replacement of gas boiler and radiators. Roger explained the process so clearly and provided excellent advice, inspiring confidence. Joe and Lee completed a wonderful job, found and repaired a leak, showed how the new boiler operated in straightforward terms and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. We would highly recommend RS Heating and Building. We will be using them to put in a new bathroom.

No service history yes their was I told your engineer the problem was the red light ie reset button kept coming on he ignored that and said I needed 2 new parts of which he didn't show the old ones he had replaced when I rang you I was told another 425 pounds to fix the problem on top of the 514 pounds I had already paid you a good engineer would have seen the problem and advised that I replace the boiler a new one would have cost me 700 pounds when I spoke to you you just said we just like to save old boilers and you won't get a new one this side of Christmas I've spoken to professional boiler service people and they said we would have advised a new boiler oh and by the way he didn't even top it up with water tell him to bring the old parts up that he allegedly replaced ring me anytime
