We had Lazenby come round to fix a leak around the chimney area. They had to come back several more times to fix the same issue, every time sending us a nice bill for essentially not fixing the issue, by the third time they came round to try and fix this issue (and charge us) we had to give up and find someone else to do it. When the second roofer came round he pulled up the tiles along the roof and found that the job they had done had made it worse, there was a whole lot more dampness and water coming in. There was no guarantee of work from them at all.

We had Lazenby come round to fix a leak around the chimney area.
