Darren arrived very promptly when our old boiler stopped working - not good in the middle of winter. He gave us the option of repairing the old one or replacing with a recommended new one giving competitive prices for the two options the same day. We went for a new boiler as the old one was ancient and Darren and his helper were able to fit it in a couple of days. He was clear and straight forward with the entire process and I would not hesitate in recommending him. Service: Water heater installation

SHOCKING! Previously, I left an OUTSTANDING review that generated 250 likes for this *** mans business: If each like turned out to be a customer, I would have generated 875,000 for Darren, if he charged them 3,500 like he did us. And for what, for a man who promised to finish the job and after a year has still not returned to finish it! Putting my family at significant risk! Darren, a seemingly nice Yorkshire lad who is easy to warm to and seemed trustworthy but unfortunately, hes turned out to be the complete opposite!!! He has took our kindness, hospitality (fed him whilst he did the work) and our 3 and a half THOUSAND pound and a YEAR on, has not come back to finish the work he PROMISED to come back to do! Our boiler screams and has no Gas Safe certificate and a bucket underneath where, corrosive water leaks from. Theres all expandable foam exposed where he filled the pipe work - looks horrific! Also, internal wall- damaged due to outlet from boiler going through to external wall and needs skimming which, he said he was also going to sort?! Also, whilst him and his mate were here, blocked my sink and corroded my toilet! At the time, I never said anything and they were old and needed replacing but still now, I feel a total MUG And FURIOUS about the situation!!!! I have kids and the boiler is slap bang next to my little ones room!!! I have nightmares its going to explode!! Ive contacted him repeatedly for the best part of a year! He promises to come, we wait in and he never shows! Last time he said call me Saturday morning and Ill come, after a small job HA HA HA. Called him, his phone went straight through to Tesco mobile! Twice. I have correspondence Darren and will send to trading standards as proof you worked on our boiler at our property. Either post me some money back, so I can get the job you have been paid for fixed OR Ill escalate legally! So back to the 250 likes, why should I drum up business for someone who has left us in a right mess and with a huge safety issue?!
