Ricky and his team turned up at 7pm to find a leak in our heating system. No stone was left unturned to find the leak which was found before they left. They returned the next day very promptly to fix the leak and ensure that the system was working before leaving. The advice throughout was second to none. I will definitely use them for all plumbing in the future, and highly recommend them to any friends and family.

It was a stressful time, there was a leak on my property. Spoke to them this afternoon, they were empathetic, listened, and tried their best to make time and send a plumber to see the property today after 5. It was a swift operation! Definitely outstanding service. The plumber came shortly after I contact them- he was a polite & friendly man who fixed the leak with no fuss. Couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend them!

Heat 365 were recommended to me late at night through social media. The gaffer Ricky was happy to come out late that night but we declined until the morning. They came early the next day, short sharp and straight to the point with me. I don't know anything about boilers and the gent gave me three options to resolve and two of those options did not benefit Heat 365 as a business. I would recommend these gents as they will look to do what's right for the customer over their own pockets and these boys will now benefit by completing my boiler service every year.
