This company went into my late brother's home at the request of socialservices as my brother was ill in hospital and he had a leak ,and no working loo and no running water ,they made a total of three visits to his home and charged him a total of 1,777 pounds ,but when he was discharged the water was turned off,the loo didn't work,and there was no running water and no means of washing himself, they just walked away and social services didn't question their work even when my brother was discharged home and he told them there was no loo and no water, my bother died in October and nobody knew he was living in such a mess, shame on you direct plumbing solutions,someone from this company contacted me,no name denied the problem dispite the pictures I sent them, I informed them that the night my brother was discharged he phoned s/service complaining no water no loo, also yorkshire water sent me a refund apparently their records show no water was used in the house since April 2019, explain that !!you took 1,777.61p from my late brother for work you didn't do,I didn't speak to anyone at this firm I was referring to your first reply that left no name my brother wasn't happy about the cleaners quote and there was no water in the property since 2019 so they couldn't clean,I had a refund from yorkshire water of over 200 pounds for water not used but paid for ,I will phone Lewis to see what he has to say Services: Toilet installation, Plumbing leak detection
