        I called David on a bank holiday Friday evening after I had some failed attempts at DIY during the day, leaving me with no water. David said he couldn't make it to me until the next morning, so to get me up and running he asked for some pictures of the situation and talked me through a solution over the phone. I followed his instructions and got everything back together that evening. A very helpful and friendly man.
