Beki is fantastic. She not only assesses and successfully treated my shoulder and neck, she also makes sure to check out your general physical and mental health. A really friendly and smiley person. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone needing to find a physiotherapist. (Her post-natal pilates classes are fab too!).

Weve been attending Baby Beats since LO was 10 weeks old and I recommend the class to everyone. Beki creates such a warm atmosphere and is incredibly welcoming. Its a mixture of gentle stretches and singing/sensory. Weve really enjoyed it!

I had a Natal assessment with Rebekah and it was great. She was thorough, explained her assessment and subsequent treatment plan in a very helpful way. I felt listened to, understood and cared for. I would definitely recommend a natal assessment to new mums. Thank you so much.

We have been going to baby beats since my daughter was 10 weeks old and its such a unique class in that its super beneficial for both babys development but also post-natal recovery. We love coming to sessions 7 months on! Beki is such a knowledgeable and passionate instructor. I have also had a natal physio check with Beki that I found so enlightening as to how my body is recovering post-pregnancy and what I can do to aid it. Would 100% recommend both services Beki offers :)

Absolutely brilliant class for both mum and baby. Bits of light exercise for you and lots of sensory/baby massage for baby. Very chilled too so whatever your baby needs from you (feed/nappy/cuddle) you can just do as and when. Beki is super lovely and we love going each week!
