Order on Uber Eats at around 1pm for delivery between 5-5.30. At 5.28 I get an email stating order cancelled as courier couldnt locate. Turns out this place use their own couriers and not Uber. You cant tell me that 35 worth of food has been prepared, cooked, taken out for delivery and then cancelled without a single call or question from the restaurant? Absolute joke. In a lockdown pandemic and theyre offering to deliver food yet not doing so. Lets all support our local business, just not this one.
