My first visit was an in depth consultation of issues around my years of excruciating knee pain and other contributory factors with Kate Yeoman .She then had me lay on a bench and carried out a lengthy assessment of how my body was not working efficiently and therefore causing the pain . I found what she said made so much sense to my situation and her approach to tackling the pain was done in a very positive way with a sensitivity to what I was suffering. After exploring the pain whilst laid down and looking to getting areas becoming more efficient as in my case , the top part of my legs. When I sat up and walked around the knee pain had abated to a level Id not experienced for years. I left that session feeling really hopeful about the future . Kate is very professional friendly and has a real passion to help people get pain relief. I have had another two sessions and Im thrilled to say her methods work and my knees are continuing to be free from that really debilitating pain.

Kate is a highly skilled practitioner with rare knowledge and understanding of the body. Her treatments and exercises really help eradicate persistent problems. After months of pain and stiffness while she was away, one session and I felt so much better

Kate is a rare find, I tried several physiotherapists for a painful shoulder but didnt click with their usual go away and do this or that exercise. Kate has a different approach and was able to tune into my body in an intuitive way that was very effective. Her approach may not suit everyone and I was sceptical at first but the results were undeniable. I have returned to Kate with various issues and feel very lucky to have her looking after me.
