Would give zero stars if I could prescription issued on a Friday, told would be in stock Monday & Id get a text no text was sent spent all Tuesday morning trying to phone no one answered. Disgusting service Ill be going elsewhere from now on and suggest others do the same!

Prescription sent to pharmacy in error as its sometimes not in stock. Ive been phoning for the last 4 hours to find out if the prescription is available but no one is answering. No point making the trip to collect it if they dont have it! Looks like its been a problem for a lot of people.

I have been going here for years and the decline has been a sudden one. Yesterday I had to go to see if my prescription was ready (the phone is never answered) and was told its not been ordered. After a very confusing conversation with a surly and uninterested woman, it seems that you now have to order repeat prescriptions yourself through the nhs app. I could do this but what about the many older customers! I was never informed about this change and to then be treated like it was my fault was the final straw for me, if I could give zero I would.
