Shocking customer service came in for somthing you can buy anywhere but couldn't at the time as the supermarkets was closed and got asked a silly amount of questions I said its not for me it's for somone else which I got back well no I need to know its definitely for them what I asked for is a everyday medication which dosnt have to be prescribed embarrassing to be honest next time I'll just go else where.

Checked the website to see if open , said it was open and closes at 11pm, 10.15 pm , doors locked, not a soul :/ Fri 18th November 2022, if popped to the loo or a break, could of put a sign on door, back in so many mins,

Went for some night nurse to keep ready for the next bout of flu or bad cold, but was refused, saying that they wouldn't sell it to me unless I actually had symptoms. Well if I had flu, I wouldn't be able to drive to the chemist to get it! Clearly the world's gone totally bonkers!

Called for meds but they couldn't be dispensed without pharmacist as they are controlled drugs. (For pain, I'm not a drug user waiting for methadone). Waited a short time as was informed they'd "gone upstairs into the Asda store' but eventually had to leave due to time constraints and needing to get to work. Upon driving out of the car park, spotted the pharmacist stood chatting with 2 cups of coffee in her hands . So pleased she managed to get her coffee while I now spend the day in pain as couldn't get my meds. I'm not against them getting a drink obviously but couldn't another member of staff have collected drinks so that meds could still be dispensed? It's was first thing so it's not like she'd been stuck in all morning and needed 5mins.
