rudest and most incompetent pharmacy I ever encountered. If you need a non prescription medication- better put a suit on. They wont sell you medication just because they dont like how you look

The staff have always been very helpful and friendly when I have used this chemist. Very handy it being in the supermarket as I can multitask and get my shopping and my prescriptions. Long opening times are very handy also

After being told by my doctors and aesthetician that Emla numbing cream is safe to use for both hair removal and injections, I went into this pharmacy to get it as its a behind the counter non prescription cream (that i bought many times from other pharmacies). The lloyds pharmacy website clearly states the emla cream is intended for the both purposes I asked, yet the pharmacist blatantly refused to sell them to me, didnt want to acknowledge what it said on the Lloyds website. The last straw was when he mentioned it cannot be used on tattoos which I never asked for in the first place. The man assumed so based on the fact that me and my partner are very heavily tattooed and he simply didnt like the way we looked. He couldnt give me any good excuse as to why he didnt want to sell us the numbing cream especially when I asked for it to use it for its intended purpose. My advice to any alternative folk that have visible tattoos, piercings or coloured hair - stay away from this pharmacy because you will get treated like youre some junkie.

pharmacist refused to sell non proscription numbing cream to my partner for its intended use. Refused to read page from loyds website or instruction label. Made us feel terrible and unwanted as customers
