Horrible place, it's gone down hill and I will not be going back there AGAIN never answer the phone when I've tried to call! I put my order in over 2 weeks ago and waiting till today to get it was told it wasn't ready give them 20 mins so did and went back to find I'm missing 3 main meds I needed so rang 4 plus times to be met with it's not our fault it's not in and you need to call the doctors to get a new prescription luckily I got that sorted and took myself off their list rubbish staff get rid of wells all together

Shocking chemist. Supposed to be convenient as next door to the doctors but are never bloody open and never answer the phone! I've now been a week without tablets I have to take everyday and all I seem to get is "Try again tomorrow" which I do keep doing, EVERY DAMN DAY. I have now changed my nominated pharmacy however the prescription I previously requested still has to be picked up from here which as above, is proving to be very difficult.

Staff seem pleasant but it is chaotic and impossible to contact on the phone. It is actually easier and more convenient to use a pharmacy further away (even though this one is walking distance for me).
