Lovely friendly salon. The staff are very kind and listened carefully to my preferences for my very anxious dog Luna. Luna looks so lovely and was nice and calm when I picked her up and when I dropped her off next time. Very happy to have discovered Picasso

Absolutely brilliant service I rang on mid Saturday morning asking if they could fit in nail clipping for my rescue dog who's nails were clearly overgrown from past neglect. They advised it was a walk in service and they could fit me in if I turned up today (they were due to close within the hour). They came round the front of the desk to do her nails so she didn't need to be around other dogs and I could stay with her. Would definitely recommend this place.

Really disappointed about this place, booked an appointment well in advance for them to cancel me 10 days before my appointment and they arent able to rebook me as they are short staffed. This now leaves me in the same position trying to find someone with availability at short notice! I expected a better service from a small local business.

Do not go here. My long haired miniature sausage need a tidy up. Just wanted a simple tidy and de-knotting. Whole building smelt and so much hair everywhere. Not clean and staff were ok but didnt seem brilliantly confident. My dog now has a cut on EVERY pad and is limping due to the poor service. Do not use these services.
