This was my first visit as usually go to a family run business in another city . Have to say Im over the moon !!! Alex has a calming nature professional and so friendly she put me at ease and calmed me down as well as ozzy ... felt like I was taking my child to his first day at school when I picked ozzy up was over the moon fantastic cut so even and professional and ozzy was not stressed at all . He was a little naughty during his cut but Alex was so diplomatic as if its was part of her daily routine no issue no problem . That good booked my next appt already . Thanks Alex would highly recommend everyone looking xxxx

I took my long haired chihuahua Neville for his first groom with Alex yesterday and I was so nervous as Neville is such a Mummys boy and very attached to me. Alex has been so responsive to my messages leading up to the groom and so friendly and caring! Couldnt be happier with his cut and he will be going back regularly now! Would recommend to anyone.

This was my first experience of using this service & Im truly delighted with the grooming service offered by Alex. My Westie Freddie was very very overdue for grooming, & I was very grateful to get an appointment with Alex who collected him & brought home a beautifully groomed dog not only that there was a goodie bag with a ball that Freddie has not stopped playing with - which is unusual for him. Alex Is so friendly and very professional. She did an amazing job on Dexter it is honestly the best groom he has ever had. Dexter loved her and he came home a very happy and very handsome boy.
