I took my old lady Cat who isn't grooming herself anymore for a shave as her fur was matted. The lady we left her with was so lovely and reassuring. We collected Midnight an hour later and she looked so much better. She seems much happier now the matted fur has gone and they have feathered the fur towards her neck and tail giving it a lovely finish. We will definitely come again as they handled a feisty old Cat beautifully.

Had my cat groomed at this place. They did an absolute horrific job. His whole body was shaved but not done properly as its all mismatched. There are long hairs and short hairs everywhere! It looks like he has been attacked! This was not discussed with me before he was done! I am so shocked and upset by this! I cant believe they think it was acceptable for him to look like that after they had seen to him. I dont know how to feel about this as it was my first ever experience at a groomers. I dont think I will ever go back here unfortunately! I think if you do take your cat just be aware of what to expect from them! I have attached photos and videos for proof!
