I cannot recommend Beth's accountability programme highly enough! I had always been a self motivated person with excercise. But after a tough year I had completely lost my motivation and was struggling with how much my weight was creeping up. I just didn't feel like myself and my confidence was low. Beth has completely transformed this. I feel AMAZING! Happy, healthy & strong. She has given me all the motivation back for excercise and I'm loving it. I'm confident that i now have all the power, knowledge and tools I need to stay at a consistent weight that I am happy with, which is a great feeling. The programme is easy to follow and Beth tailors it to your individual needs and goals. If your on the fence and thinking about doing this programme then just go for it. You can't put a price on happiness and you wont ever regret it. It is worth every single penny. I'd even say I saved money through eating/drinking out less. Thank you Beth, you're the best

I have been feeling unhappy about my body and physical condition for years. I was so unfit for someone who is not even 40 yet! I've tried different things to lose weight but they were never permanent solutions because they always focused on small things but never the bigger picture. I always ended up returning back to bad habits again and being unhappy with myself. I saw the results pictures and read the reviews of other people who did Beth's 16 week challenge. I decided in December "enough is enough, I needed to do something before its too late!" Beth's program isn't just a 16 week weight loss program it is a life transformation program dealing with everything all together mental, physical and food. It is a hard journey of rediscovering yourself, with Beth being your amazing guide and cheerleader all the way through the journey. The program has made me more active, and physical activity doesn't make me think "God no!" anymore its "Hell ya, let's go!". I have gone from a couch potatoe to someone who is active everyday. This has helped so much with my mental health which in turn helped with losing weight. Beth has helped me learn to be kind to myself again and this ended up shifting my focus from just losing weight to wanting to improve myself overall. Thank you so much Beth, this experience has been life changing x

As soon as I spoke to Beth I knew I wanted to work with her. Her enthusiasm for what she does is infectious. She made me believe that I could transform my body and my mind before Id even started which made it feel easy when we did start. Beth is so wonderfully supportive, kind and most of all un-judging. The beauty of this programme is the length of it. 16 weeks really gives you the time to settle into any new routines or adapt to the changes set out and keep them up. Beth said from the start this isnt a diet and its true, theres nothing I havent had during this programme- Ive been on holiday, Ive had nights out, take aways and meals out but Beth has made me realise the importance of balance and healthier choices and thats how I know this is a sustainable life change. I am so much stronger, fitter and happier than I was when we started and I know I have the tools to keep this up and continue to get fitter and stronger. I have loved the weekly calls with Beth and sharing my achievements with her, shes my biggest cheerleader and Im going to miss talking to her regularly. If youre thinking of doing this I would say 100% go for it, Invest in yourself and you wont regret it!

I had seen the amazing results Beth's coaching programme had helped others to achieve and knew I needed her help. I'd been gaining weight consistently since a neck injury 7 years ago, and although I felt like I ate a fairly healthy and balanced diet, the reality was cake and sweet treats had become more routine since the pandemic. I found all the advice out there confusing and just wanted someone to tell me what to do and how to make the changes sustainable. I decided it was now or never. I sent her a message and I'm so glad I did! I was worried about doing a programme like this over Christmas and New Year but Beth broke everything down and set realistic and achievable goals for me each week. Whether it was trying a new strength exercise routine or drinking more water in a week, it felt great to meet those targets. The weekly check-in calls focused on what was going on for me and things were adapted as needed. When I was struggling a little voice note from Beth would give me the boost I needed to carry on. I knew Beth's infectious positivity and enthusiasm was just what I needed to support me to make the changes I wanted to make. I was so sceptical about trying weights but I am amazed to say I actually enjoy them now. I feel stronger, I have more energy and I feel more positive. The programme has reminded me how much I enjoy being outside and active, and I now know I can do it even through the winter months! No excuses To anyone on the fence and wanting to make changes, I would say 100%, give Beth a call, you are worth that investment and you might surprise yourself! Thanks Beth xx
