I tried so many different things to lose weight before I decided to try personal training and nothing worked! I took the plunge and found Jack who made me feel at ease straight away as training in a gym made me feel so nervous. Jack is so professional and not only has he helped and guided me to lose lots of weight, my whole mindset has changed and he has made me accountable for my own health and weight. I am so happy with the progress I have made and definitely could not have done it without Jack's guidance. He has been so understanding with all my underlying health issues and has literally adapted anything to help me get the most out of my sessions. A huge thank you and you have not seen the last of me!!! If you are looking for a PT then hands down Jack is your man!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had 10 sessions with Jack and cant recommend him enough! Ive always had a tricky relationship with exercise and the gym, and felt like I didnt have the confidence or knowledge to go alone. My main goals was to improve my relationship with exercise, improve my posture and lose some weight sustainably. I hadnt considered getting a PT before because I was worried they would push me too hard and Id overdo it and be put off. I didnt have this issue with Jack, he was patient and encouraging in every session and I actually found myself excited to go to the gym which I never thought could happen. As someone who let my fitness slide after school, I was so impressed with the progress Jack helped me gain with our sessions, it was much quicker than I expected and really motivating. I would recommend his personal training to anyone, its clear he cares about his clients. As well as a much better relationship with exercise which I can feel is long term, Im much happier with my figure and have been complimented on my weight loss since. Highly recommend and looking forward to booking more sessions in the future. Thanks Jack!

Meet jack and his team john on 4th january me and my friend, since then we have both lost over 2 stone. Not only are they both very professional, they know how to motivate and get the best results that you want. We hired them for 30 sessions and have just signed up for another 30 more, tough but very achievable goals, they set. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
