        I looked far and wide for someone that has the skill, experience and expertise to support me get back to exercising after my twin pregnancy. I am incredibly thankful for finding Kate and her team. If you are a new mother and you want to feel strong and fit (again) all you need to do is give Kate a ring, show up and trust the process, you are in good hands.

        Been to quite a few gyms and Kate Campbell Fitness is by far the best, it puts the others to shame really. It's such a welcoming environment with staff being super friendly and helpful, I could ask questions on how to do certain exercises and they would talk me through it! The classes are also motivating and fun. As the gym has been such a great environment, it's really helped me to fall in love with my fitness again.

        Been working with kate for my work experience and its been such an amazing experience. Shes such an amazing trainer and wouldnt want to do it with anyone else. Everyone is so welcoming.100% recommend. As Kate Campbell says herself it is Sheffields SMALL gym with a BIG heart.
