I have been doing FITR YOU fitness classes for a few months now and the workouts are never dull he keeps it fresh and interesting week in week out and the group are all friendly and are always kept motivated. The types of work out routines seem to be based around the rule of thumb that its about the amount of effort you put in for how hard it is and the results you gain from it. I come away each time feeling energised and motivated. I highly recommend Andy from FITR YOU.

Worked with Andy for a couple of months and in such a short time I showed a marked improvement. Even with distance and only use of technology Andy was able to personalise a plan that worked for me Highly recommend Andy if anyone wants to make a difference to themselves
