I really enjoyed my sessions with Suzy. She provides a comfortable environment and is very encouraging without being pushy which was exactly what I needed. She encouraged me to listen to my body and came up with alternative exercises to ones that didn't suit me due to my hypermobility, where I probably would have either given up or carried on in pain in the past! I was a bit stuck in a rut with exercise before but now I feel re-energised with lots of new ideas and confidence. I 100% recommend Suzy

Ive trained with Suzy for a year and its been so wonderful! This was my first time with a PT. Shes helped me gain confidence and grow stronger, Im so pleased with the progress Ive made. I feel so comfortable in her gym as its private and Suzy is so accommodating and makes you feel right at home. Shes very happy to adapt and change exercises/movements based on your body and preferences so I was never afraid to say if I wanted to do something different. Really recommend Suzy for people who are nervous about starting PT and want a comfortable environment where they can learn and progress. Thank you Suzy!

Suzy will take time over every aspect of your training starting with understanding what you hope to achieve whether it be a small improvement in your general health all the way through to major life changes.
