In four months, Olga has helped me to shed 20% of my body weight. I have learned so much about nutrition along the way and now understand what sensible, sustainable weight loss looks like. Olga makes workouts fun, and always explains what you are doing and why. She checks your form and your mindset, and always responds positively to questions or blips you may have. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is brilliant!

Olga has amazing methodological approach which logically explains the weight loss and gain process, and it is back up by numbers, simple explanations and common sense. Throughout the process Olga was always available to help, answer all the questions I had and provide future guidance. I highly recommend Olga if you want to lose weight by having healthy relationship with food & exercise and sustain it :)

Olga is incredibly knowledgable. She helped me stop yo-yo dieting and settle at my healthy weight. I've been on all possible diets before and tried many workouts and PTs. Some of them would help but I would always roll back to where I was once I stop dieting hard and smashing cardio 5 times a week. With Olga, I lost 10lbs in 12 weeks, got nice tone and shape and I feel confident and calm around food. Before working with her, because of my strict dieting, I developed some nervousness around going out for a meal or ordering pizza delivery. No more. This is now 5th month as I finished Olga's program and I can confidently say - I haven't put any weight back. She explained me the ins and outs and for once, I am doing everything right. Very happy and I would greatly recommend her. Life changing.

Olga has given me tools to manage my eating and my weight. She explains everything very clearly. She has taught me that we all slip, but its not the end of the world! We all have holidays, meals out and a craving that we occasionally just have to give into in order to enjoy our lives. I highly recommend her.
