Ive been working with Adam since September and have since seen a huge difference in my strength, body image, energy levels and confidence within the gym in general. I started with Adam to lose weight and to build muscle, as well as to become confident in going to the gym independently and knowing how to do an effective workout. I previously would not go to the gym without my boyfriend, but now I go 4+ times a week by myself. I have also never been as confident and happy about my body as I am now. Adam is such a great PT who pushes you to achieve your best and is genuinely such a nice person. I wouldnt recommend anyone else.
