I have been training with Nory for nearly 3 years and have had a fantastic experience. She is supportive, fun and friendly and her knowledge of not only different ways to train but of how to prevent or not exacerbate injury is exceptional. My strength and mobility have improved so much and I feel better and more accepting of my body since I started training with her. She helps you to set realistic goals and tries to find out what works for you. I really recommend her.

When I first met Nory I had lots of issues with my body, physical and mental. My upper back hurt and caused me migraines. I've gained 30 kilos (approx 5 stones) and I hated my body. Finally, my eating habits were totally unhealthy and destructive. However, after a year of training with Nory my back strengthened and my migraines significantly reduced. After a year of training with Nory my clothes size went down from 16 to 14. Finally, after a year of training with Nory the quality of my food went up. Together we managed to reduce the number of my take aways, we introduced healthy alternatives to snacks, we achieved our goals of cooking healthy meals and also control the portions. I say we, because when you're working with Nory, you're a team. And you go together through the journey of becoming a better you. Most importantly Nory supported me emotionally when I was slipping back into my old habits. Nory is an amazing person and trainer. She has a vast knowledge on yoga, strength training, nutrition and anything that's related to helping people to better themselves. If you want to improve your eating habits, your body's strength and looks; if you want to stop feeling guilty when you're eating, because you think you're fat/lazy, then Nory is your best choice. The first step is the most difficult, but if don't taking it, then you'll never know your full potential.

I have been training with Nory for nearly 2 years now. It has been a great journey with hard work and lots of fun. My goal was to get generally fit and healthy but also getting into a good shape for my wedding. A lot has changed: my neck and back pain disappeared, my posture has improved and I feel better and stronger than ever. Nory has a great knowledge of her profession, makes all the sessions different and challenging to achieve your goals.

I have been working with Nory for more than a year now on twice a week basis. It has been very positive both physically and also mentally. My posture has improved, I have gained strength and I can feel my entire body alignment has changed. My stride has changed, and I feel like my chest has opened up. My backpain disappeared after the first month. Nory is very passionate and committed. She is also very knowledgeable particularly around whole-body connectivity and alignment. She understands the needs of her clients very well. I like the fact that she is cautious in terms of injuries etc as I wasnt confident to begin with due to some previous injuries. She is also accommodating and flexible when it comes to arranging and rearranging the sessions as life is busy and can be unpredictable sometimes. I totally recommend her!
