I used Bannerdale for a mummy mot service after I did not get checked at my 8 week post natal appointment. I was really happy with the tailored advice and exercises proposed by Pooja to help my body build strength to be able to go back to exercise as before pregnancy. Pooja is friendly and happy to help by demonstrating the exercises too. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends and I would be more than happy to return if I have any problems.

Alex was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable in treating my shoulder. It is better than ever and I have him to thank for that. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends. Top man!

Pooja has done a great job with my back problem on many occasions. She has given me exercises to continue with in order to protect my back from further harm but I know she is always on hand if I need some treatment.

Pooja was brilliant, she really knows her stuff and I felt better after each session. I also learned a number of techniques to improve muscle tension. Sadly I had to pause my sessions with the cost of living, but I would not hesitate to book further sessions in the future.
