Go to another practice if you want cosmetic work. I waited 6 months for treatment. The female orthodontist went on holiday then went off sick. The practice sent me to get my teeth cleaned at my usual dentist x4 and completely forgot they had asked me to do it. They said my dentist had not informed them which is not true. My own dentist said they had never known of such incompetency by an orthodontist. After 6 months of this i attended an appointment thinking i would be receiving treatment eventually and the orthodontist told me my tooth hygiene was perfect then asked me to return to my dentist for another clean!! Absolutely ridiculous. They will do work for children when being paid the by NHS. If you are paying like me, go somewhere else.

I tried leaving this privately but your website is not working and I really didn't want to go public for privacy reasons but your clinic treated me yrs ago and I followed instructions to the letter. My previous dentist suggested it was not your best work. A full year later - Even more worrying. You have never attempted to get in touch with me, ask why, or how, or try to tell me why this has changed and other people should have more confidence. i.e. change in practice, practitioners, research, development etc. the list goes on....
