Went to Sheffield Moor as had problems with my eyes. The whole experience was fabulous. I was treated with utmost respect and thankfully I had no serious issues however special thanks to Paul who checked my eyes thoroughly, fitting me into his already busy day! Excellent service across the board.

Came into buy some glasses and collect some contact lenses. Was served by Cole who collected the lenses, changed my scheme store and helped me buy some new glasses and he was very friendly and professional. He helped change the store for my contact lenses scheme which I thought would take much longer than it did and Cole was very helpful and efficient in fitting my new pair of glasses. Very good customer service.

Eye test as normal every 2years. Have to say staff were excellent lots of help choosing frames and advice. Optometrist Paushali Ray Sarkar was excellent very confident and knowledgeable. She explained all the tests in detail and I was able to ask questions on things I wasn't sure about. The eye scans were interesting and explained to me very well without confusing terms.I know Paushali is a Pre Reg Optometrist but she also double checked her findings with her mentor and I'm sure she will pass exams with flying colours she really is great . Thanks must also go to Sonila who took me through measurements for Varifocal lenses ,coatings ,antiglare and reaction lenses. Pick up 2new lovely pairs of glasses in 2weeks time I can't wait to get them . FIVE STAR SERVICE
