        Lazy and incompetent staff. In particularly Cathy who is extremely rude and lazy. Needs to learn basic manners and to attend a few customer service courses. The optician seems nice enough but very basic and lacks experience and knowledge. Avoid.

        Very friendly helpful staff, the guy who did the eye test was brilliant and made the whole experience interesting and fun ! Massive selection of frames with lots of help picking a style , excellent prices aswell , I highly recommend visiting this optician for eye tests and new glasses , excellent !!!!
