I have bought glasses from asda drakehouse twice now and both pairs of glasses broke within a few weeks. I recently went back and asked if they could do something to repair the glasses and was told no you broke them. Whilst wearing the Asda glasses they were creaking all the time. I have purchased glasses previously (4 years ago) and still wear these glasses. I also recently purchased some glasses from glasses direct (seen on tv) and these seem much more stronger and a better quality. The staff are good but will not buy glasses from them again

I bought some glasses from Sheffield Drakehouse just after the first lockdown. I was really happy with the service and glasses so decided recently to try to wear contact lenses . Again the whole experience was great especially the assistant called Claire. She was really patient with me as I struggled to be able to put the lenses in and out . Nothing was too much trouble for her and her perseverance paid off as I can now take them in snd out .A big thanks to Claire and the staff at Drakehouse Sheffield

Hubby and myself have been this morning Saturday 26/2/22 fantastic service lovely staff all of them,felt very safe everything cleaned constantly couldnt have asked for better. Optician very patient and diligent and the ladies extremely helpful
