        I believe I Should be welcomed with a smile? not an attitude from the lady who wasn't on the greeting station but expected me to know I had to stop and wait before entry. Although nothing says this on the so called greeting station. Her attitude wasn't called for. First impressions and all that Shame there isn't zero star rating

        Been for eye test today, Eye test was a Gentleman who looked at past records &asked questions. all staff polite & professional.Another Gentleman that helped do my glasses, was brill, his advise helped me alot. So helpful & polite. Looking back at previous glasses etc. Just sorry I didn't get there names Thankyou very much, so much appreciated. Thanks
