Apparently you have to make an appointment to view frames and buy glasses. Now how can you do that when you don't answer the phone or return calls as you instruct on your answer phone. Lost sale of two pairs of reactolite bifocals but my local opticians say thank you. Dont even think of blaming Covid everywhere else are returning to normal.

Our optician Said Mohamoud was absolutely brilliant. Made me and my 2 girls feel at ease all the way through the test and gave me my eyesight back which I am so grateful for. Alot better than Specsavers in my opinion. The other staff were really helpful and friendly as well. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately I couldnt get an eye test at Asda due to it being too busy but this is probably to be expected due to Covid back log. I got my eyes tested elsewhere and brought my new prescription to Asda. I did have to come back a second time as the first Lady I saw wasnt experienced in high prescriptions but I came back the next week and was able to choose 3 pairs of glasses. I found it to be a generally positive experience as there was no hard selling tactics like you get at other high street opticians. I was able to choose my glasses without any interference. The delivery of my glasses took 4 weeks which is a little longer than Id usually expect to wait but overall I am happy with the service I received. 3 pairs of glasses cost less than 250 which is fantastic!
