        excellent treatment from first class efficient staff in an excellent environment.

        Excellent treatment ... visited today for Eye surgery. Waiting time was minimal. Parking was easy, right outside the building with accessible parking spaces close to the entrance. Staff were kind, caring and really helpful. They answered all the questions I had. The building is ground floor and easily accessed. People are encouraged to wear a mask. Toilets are located just off the waiting room. Staff made a scary experience easier.

        Cataract op recently. I found the whole process like a production line. One size doesnt fit all and I ended up with sight threatening eye pressure due to telephone rather than face to face follow up.

        Very welcoming, friendly and professional. Receptionist had my details and a form ready, no delays booking in. See on time by the nurses and the doctor. Cannot fault the service here.
