        Having 28 years experience in the Care Homes sector, I can honestly say that Exemplar care for their Service Users. The Lodge is a 6 bedded unit for severe Learning Disabilities. It is like a family and such a wonderful and inspiring place to work. The Service Users are cared for a loved to a very high standard. Such a happy place.
