        Only positive is the food and a handful of the staff , no where near enough training , unsafe moving and handling , no time for the residents how its got the CQC report it has I don't know , I would avoid at all costs. Look at dates on reviews , no recent good ones . Looks nice from the front on the pictures , you don't have to look far to see the full picture

        Sadly my wife Ann passed away on Easter Monday - I cannot find it in my heart to write anything positive about Westbourne House. I am not surprised that most reviews are from several years ago. The NHS is responsible for putting patients in Part 2 Care at Westbourne House but they (Westbourne House) should be accountable for their actions/inaction when this is not appropriate and also tell relatives immediately when Intermediate Care and "End of Life" care is the realistic position.
