Swallownest Care Home - HC-One

Not sure how a caring company can be classed as a caring company when staff members are not cared about. Although the staff members are great with clients I've heard many stories of how badly they get treat and would like to just make it known so people can factor this in when deciding about care homes etc. Just remember a stressed staff member is a less efficient one, look after your staff they look after you. For obvious reasons all staff members I know will remain anonymous

My Dad moved into Swallownest care home early this year. Being unable to visit since the Covid lockdown has been difficult but I could not be happier with his care. The staff are very accommodating arranging video calls for the family. This must be a significant drain on their time but its greatly appreciated.

Mum has been a resident for 8 months. The welcoming atmosphere is apparent from the minute you walk in the door. The staff are very friendly and caring, and they are good at understanding the individual needs of each resident. There has been a good range of activities, and visitors are invited to join in, with concerts, etc, which is lovely.

Trevor and Sandra would like to thank the Management and Staff for the care and attention especially during Covid19. Keeping us in touch with cards, photos and video calls of Beatrice Shields Sandra's mum during lockdown. An exceptional Care Home in all aspects and would highly recommend them.
