        I arranged a date to visit henleigh hall with regards for Respite for my mum. The dates we wanted were available and was told they would be saved until our visit. Visit went well, dates available and we would get a phone call next day. When henleigh rang us we were told the dates were NOT available. Mum's first Respite, first visit to a nursing home. Very upset and disappointed we had been put through this ordeal

        The team are delightful, kind and thoughtful. Although I havent been able to get Bettys full experience because of covid they have been very supportive with me. Cant fault them in any way.
