First day at nursery and someone punch my child they even didn't bother to tell me . She was crying a night before when she has to go there

Took my daughter out as I was sent a pic on the app of her eating her dinner facing the wall not at the table with all other children I was mortified then another pic of her still in her coat mlittle clings to me when I drop her of crying wasnt allowed to view setting the pics show dirty carpets wired hanging from wall Ive moved her and she a lot happier loves her new nursery staff here are not welcoming I would not recommend to anyone

Absolutely appalling, never seen my child so scared to go anywhere, can't even walk past it without him crying his eyes out and panicking. They don't take kindly to comforters, you get them thrown at you when they march your child in. Don't expect to be treated with respect, contempt is more their style. Expect all the accidents a child can possibly have, let alone the ones they bother to report to you, our little boy regularly came back with bruises and bumps. He was always thirsty and hungry when he got home, and was terrified to the point of hyperventilating and climbing up my leg. Do not send your children here, it needs a serious look into by OFSTED.
